Our commitment
SureMile is committed to never sharing your data with anyone. Your load history, rate confirmations, financial records, GPS data, and all other information you entrust to us exists for one purpose: to help you run a better trucking business.
We don't run ads. We don't sell user lists. We don't have "data partnerships" with brokers or competitors. Our business model is simple — you pay us a subscription, and we build you a better tool. That's the deal.
What we collect and why
Load and route data — to provide navigation, track mileage for IFTA, and improve load recommendations for you.
Documents — rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs are stored encrypted and used solely for your record-keeping and automated filing.
Financial data — expenses, fuel receipts, and settlements are used for your ledger and reports. We never access this for any other purpose.
If required by law
The only circumstance under which we would disclose your data is when compelled by a valid legal order — a court order or lawful subpoena. In such cases, we will notify you promptly unless legally prohibited from doing so, and we will disclose only the minimum data required to comply.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security so that each organization can only access its own data. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers.
