Submit this form to permanently deactivate your SureMile account and request deletion of your personal data.

Heads up Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your trips, loads, invoices, and IFTA history. Compliance records required by law may be retained in anonymized form.

What happens when you request deletion

  • Your account is deactivated and you will be signed out of all devices.
  • Personal data including profile, loads, trips, and documents is scheduled for deletion.
  • Active subscriptions are cancelled; no further charges will be made.
  • Records required by law (e.g. tax and IFTA filings) may be retained in anonymized form for the required period.
  • You will no longer be able to log in to the app with this phone number.
