Why isn't the price on the page?
Because what you pay depends on how many trucks you run and how much of the back office you hand to Co-Dispatch, and a table would only ever be right for one of you. Tell us what you're running and we'll give you a number on the call no haggling, no "custom enterprise pricing" theatre.
What if I park a truck for a few weeks?
Pause the subscription on that truck you won't be billed while it's parked. Re activate anytime. Common when a truck is in the shop or you're between drivers.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime. Annual billing is cheaper, and it's still cancel anytime we pro rate the refund.
Do you charge per driver or per truck?
Per truck. If you have one truck and trade off drivers, you pay once. If you have three trucks running 24/7 with two drivers each, you pay for three trucks.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. Download the app, or book a demo and we'll walk your own load board with you your lanes, your drivers, your brokers so you can see what Co-Dispatch actually surfaces before you decide anything.
Do you charge a transaction fee on loads?
No. We don't take a cut of your loads no per load, per document, or per mile fees. What we quote you is what you pay.
Can I export my data?
Yes anytime, in CSV and PDF, with one click. Your loads, BOLs, invoices, and IFTA logs are yours. We make leaving easy on purpose.
Does SureMile track hours of service?
Yes. SureMile shows your live Hours of Service clock drive, shift, cycle, and break time right in the app, so you can plan your stops and breaks.
Is my data sold or shared with brokers?
Never. Your loads, lanes, and rates are yours. We don't sell aggregated data, and we don't show your rates to other brokers. Read the privacy policy.
