How it works
Point your phone camera at a rate confirmation, bill of lading, proof of delivery, or lumper receipt. SureMile's document intelligence identifies the document type, extracts structured data from every field, and automatically matches it to the correct load in your system.
You can also forward documents via email or upload PDFs directly from the web dashboard. Either way, the data lands in the right place without you copying a single number.
What gets extracted
- Rate confirmation: broker name, MC#, rate, pickup/delivery locations, dates, equipment type, detention terms
- Bill of lading: shipper, consignee, PO numbers, commodity, weight, piece count, seal numbers
- Proof of delivery: receiver signature, timestamp, delivery notes, damage annotations
- Lumper receipts: amount, facility name, receipt number for reimbursement tracking
- Insurance certificates: COI expiration, coverage amounts, named insured
